Hi!

Name is JoJo and I’m a CrossFit Coach and Mum.

I have a passion for CrossFit bordering on the obsessive, after my own PT at a Globo Gym introduced me to WODs 🙂 I’ve since completed my CrossFit Level One, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, and Kids Certifications, and spent a few years working under some of the worlds best Coaches at CrossFit New Zealand. Now you’ll catch me kicking it at CrossFit Barrier Reef with my love, my baby daddy, the yin to my yang (and a bloody awesome Coach) Tim.

I am committed to changing the lives of Aussie families through health, fitness and nutrition, and you’ll find that most of my posts are food-centric. I LOVE to cook, and really enjoy the challenge of creating Paleo/Primal meals to satisfy myself and my whanau every day.
